Go to our main page at http://www.saltpetre.net/saltpetre.htm.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the email button 
.
A window will
open that says Connect to Saltpetre.net. In the user name field, enter your email address (youraccount@saltpetre.net). In the password field, enter the password that you provided when you singed up for your account.
Audio
Why can't I play the audio files located on the Recent Sermons page or listen to the Live Broadcast?
All audio files are in Real Audio format (.ram). You must have Real Audio, or the Real One Player to play them. Web TV users do not have the capability of installing this program, therefore will not be able to play them. Computer users... Download the free Real One Player from http://www.realone.com.
Why does my audio sound like it is choppy or constantly pausing?
This is usually caused by a slow connection speed. If the Real One Player is reporting Net Congestion, this is most likely the case. This can be resolved by clicking pause as soon as the file begins to play. Wait for several minutes, then press play. This will allow the file to download in advance and will improve the players performance.

Why do I see the message: Your Browser does not support Java, or it has been disabled?
This site is designed for Microsoft Internet Explorer and may not work as intended on other browsers. If you are using Internet Explorer, check to ensure that Java is installed and enabled. Click on Tools, Internet Options and then on the Security Tab. Next click on Custom Level. Scroll down to Java Permissions and select one of the security settings (High Security Recommended). If you do not have java supporting software installed, click here to download.
