About Us
The Saltpetre Ladies Auxiliary had its first meeting July, 1986 with just a few members. Since that time,
the organization has grown and prospered. The auxiliary members have purchased carpet for the church,
T-shirts for the Youth Group, and a communion table and communion set for the sanctuary of the church.
The auxiliary also contributed to the fund for putting vinyl siding on the church. The ladies also worked
toward paving the parking lot and with the help of the church, completed the project in June
1991. Annual events for the organization include a Christmas Bazaar, Mother-Daughter Banquet, Secret
Sister gift exchange, and several fundraisers.
