Pineapple Beef Stir Fry

Serves: 4
Ingredients:
(1
lb.) beef flank steak, cut into strips
1/2 cup A.1. Original Steak Sauce
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. oil
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained, reserving 1/3 cup juice
1/2 cup chopped green onions
Hot cooked MINUTE White Rice
Preparation:
MIX
meat, steak sauce and cornstarch until well coated. Drain meat,
reserving steak sauce mixture.
COOK and
stir meat strips in hot oil in large skillet for 3 to 4 minutes.
ADD pineapple chunks, onion, reserved pineapple
juice and steak sauce mixture; bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 1 minute.
Serve over rice.
Tip:
Great
Substitute: Substitute boneless top sirloin steak for flank steak.
