Bacon & Eggs Pizza

Preparation Time:  30 Minutes

 

Serves:  4

 

Ingredients:

 

1 large 12-in. prepared pizza crust

1/2 cup bacon bits

1 cup chopped vegetables (such as tomatoes, green onions and mushrooms)

1 cup mozzarella cheese

4 eggs

1/4 cup water

 

Preparation:

 

Preheat oven to 375 F

 

Place pizza crust on foil-lined baking sheet.  Top with bacon, vegetables and cheese.

 

Beat eggs with 1/4 water and pour over crust.

 

Bake 15 to 20 min. or until set.
